The 2024 Academic Annual Meeting of the Burn Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association was grandly opened

At the beginning of winter, everything is still warm. On December 5, 2024, in Xi'an, the ancient capital of the Thirteen Dynasties, the "2024 Academic Annual Meeting of the Burn Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association", sponsored by the Chinese Medical Association and the Burn Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and hosted by the Shaanxi Medical Association and the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University (Xijing Hospital), was grandly opened at the Xi'an International Conference Center. With the theme of "Standardization, Precision and Comfort of Burn Diagnosis and Treatment", this academic annual meeting invited well-known experts to make reports and exchanges on topics such as basic and clinical translational research, diagnosis and treatment concepts, health education, and exploration of diagnosis and treatment standardization in the discipline of burn surgery. The conference was also co-organized and supported by the Chinese Journal of Burn and Wound Repair, the Chinese Journal of Injury and Repair, and Burns & Trauma.

After the opening ceremony, the conference immediately opened the report agenda, first of all, the academician forum, which was presided over by Professor Chai Jiake of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital, two former chairmen of the Burn Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and Professor Wu Jun of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shenzhen University. The report was led by Academician Fu Xiaobing, and with the title of "Construction of Wound Repair Discipline System with Chinese Characteristics", starting from the analysis of the specific characteristics and characteristics of China's wound discipline system, the main existing problems were deeply analyzed, and the existing and future actions were shared and discussed.
